About the Role
The Ambulatory RN provides high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on individualized needs and strategies for a lifetime of health.
This position plays a vital role in facilitating care coordination by utilizing the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 18 months of professional nursing experience
Estimated Salary Range: $37.93 - $60.04 per hour
