Job Overview

In the role of a Wound Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop collaborative multidisciplinary wound care teams. As part of our team at United Wound Healing, you will provide high-quality skin and wound care services to patients, leading to improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop collaborative multidisciplinary wound care teams
  • Travel to scheduled locations weekly for wound rounds and house calls in an assigned region
  • Provide the highest quality skin and wound care services to patients
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic studies to assess change to patients' healthcare needs
Requirements
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in working state
  • Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license
  • 1-2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience (highly preferred, but not required)
Benefits
  • $124,000 - $145,000 salary based on experience
