At Providence, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and their families. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an oncology clinic or infusion center environment.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team of experienced healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be accountable for coordinating safe, therapeutic, and quality care for patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License or Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Licensed in states where care is delivered upon hire

Providence offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $42.67-$67.54 per hour, as well as additional compensation opportunities such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
