We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Care Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon.
Job DescriptionThis is a travel nursing job that requires a Chronic Dialysis experience. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and address any concerns or issues.
- Administer medications as prescribed, monitor patients' responses, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis options, transplant procedures, and other relevant topics.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience within the last 2 years.
- Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- CPR BLS Certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
