POSITION OVERVIEW

Brooksource is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the industry to enhance our Proactive Customer Service initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and reviewing account specifics to pinpoint areas for process enhancement aimed at elevating customer satisfaction. Initially, you will validate data and assist in establishing success metrics to ensure that targeted customers yield optimal returns on investment. Post-launch, your responsibilities will include ongoing assessment of the Crawl launch for further improvement opportunities and supporting subsequent phases of the Proactive Customer Service program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts thorough reviews and evaluations of information technology systems operations.
  • Identifies user requirements and suggests improvements to existing systems.
  • Acts as the main liaison between users and the engineering/development teams.
  • Documents, reports, and monitors system-related issues.
  • Facilitates the translation of business requirements into formal technical specifications.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective verbal and written interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Commitment to working entirely on-site; travel may be necessary.
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and the systems that support it.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing various assignments effectively.
  • Ability to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and project teams.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for investigating business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborates with QA, UAT, and ORT teams during launch activities, including defect reviews and test planning.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while knowing when to escalate issues to leadership.
  • Maintains a positive and proactive professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
