POSITION OVERVIEW
Brooksource is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst with over 8 years of relevant experience to enhance our Proactive Customer Service initiatives. This role involves thorough data analysis, identifying trends, and reviewing account-specific details to uncover process enhancements aimed at elevating customer satisfaction. The analyst will play a crucial role during the initial launch phase by validating data, aiding in the establishment of success metrics, and ensuring that selected target customers yield optimal returns on investment. Post-launch, the analyst will continue to evaluate the Crawl launch for further opportunities while supporting subsequent phases of the Proactive Customer Service program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts comprehensive reviews, analyses, and evaluations of information technology systems operations.
- Identifies user requirements and suggests improvements to enhance system functionality.
- Acts as the primary liaison between users and the engineering/development teams.
- Documents, reports, and tracks system-related issues effectively.
- Facilitates the translation of business needs into formal technical requirements.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Expertise
- Extensive proficiency in Data Analytics, particularly with SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction via phone and written correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Commitment to working fully in-office; no hybrid or remote work options available. Some travel may be necessary.
- In-depth understanding of the customer lifecycle and the systems and processes that support it.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage several assignments concurrently.
- Proficient in building strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and project teams.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to analyze business objectives and goals at a granular level.
- Collaborates with QA, UAT, and ORT during launch activities, participating in defect reviews, test planning, and strategy sessions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
- Maintains a positive and proactive professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
