Key Responsibilities
- Conducts thorough reviews, analyses, and evaluations of information technology systems operations.
- Utilizes technical writing skills to revise documentation before and after project implementation.
- Develops visual representations of use case analyses and documents any exceptions.
- Assesses user needs and requirements, recommending enhancements to systems.
- Acts as the main liaison between users and engineering/development teams.
- Identifies, documents, reports, and monitors system issues, aiding in the translation of business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proficient in creating Vision Flow Charts.
- Skilled in analyzing large datasets using Excel.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including Agile and SaFE.
- Knowledge of the Cable/Telecom industry is preferred.
Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other compensable factors. The pay range provided reflects a W2 hourly rate; alternative employment options may be available that could result in compensation outside of this range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (with a choice of three plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, and other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with matching contributions, and sick leave as required by law in the applicable state/locality.
