POSITION OVERVIEW

Brooksource is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with over 8 years of relevant experience to contribute to our Proactive Customer Service initiative. This role is pivotal in analyzing data, identifying trends, and reviewing account-level details to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction. The analyst will play a crucial role during the launch phase by validating data, aiding in the establishment of success metrics, and ensuring that targeted customers yield optimal returns on investment. Post-launch, the analyst will engage in ongoing evaluations of the initial rollout and support subsequent phases of the Proactive Customer Service program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts thorough reviews and assessments of information technology systems operations.
  • Identifies user requirements and suggests improvements to enhance system functionality.
  • Acts as the main liaison between users and the engineering/development teams.
  • Documents, reports, and monitors system-related issues.
  • Facilitates the translation of business needs into formal technical requirements.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Extensive expertise in Data Analytics, particularly with SQL.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective verbal and written interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Commitment to working fully on-site; no hybrid or remote work options available. Some travel may be necessary.
  • In-depth understanding of the customer lifecycle and the systems and processes that support it.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage various assignments.
  • Proficient in building collaborative relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborates with QA, UAT, and ORT teams during launch activities, participating in defect reviews and test planning.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and knowing when to escalate issues to leadership.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
