About the Role

This position involves processing customer account transactions efficiently and accurately. As a Client Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional banking experiences to our customers by building relationships and offering relevant products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Balancing cash drawers and transactions.
  • Learning about new and existing products and services.
  • Identifying and offering suitable products and services to meet customers' financial needs.
  • Ensuring the security of cash and funds.
  • Monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity.
  • Following all relevant SOPs and regulations.
  • Supporting daily branch tasks, such as balancing ATMs and processing night deposits.
  • Referring customers to relevant business partners for basic banking products.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring compliance with all bank regulations.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Bilingual skills, although not required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment.
  • A professional demeanor at all times.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The ability to pass Client Service Specialist training programs.
Workstyle and Benefits

This role is fully onsite, and we offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00-$22.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent on various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
