Job Title: Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Webfoot Concrete Coatings. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our customers' experiences and supporting various internal teams to ensure positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer calls, providing a positive customer experience from the initial contact
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to ensure quick response to client requests and inquiries
  • Determine the urgency level of customer needs and understand when to get others involved
  • Provide support to the finance team with tasks related to accounts payable
  • Enter and update customer-related data in our CRM with a high level of attention to detail
  • Manage the sales team calendar to enhance overall company efficiency and success
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or office administration role
  • Ability to work in an open office environment with a moderate amount of conversation
  • Proven ability to organize multiple projects while handling incoming priorities
  • Calm and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred
