Technical Support Role

At Vergence Group, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical support issues from clients with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement effective documentation and procedures for repair or setup processes.
  • Ensure that work meets or exceeds established technical goals.
  • Configure and install client workstations.
  • Resolve client complaints on technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements, software vendor licensing regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Be on-call 24/7 for technical problems.
  • Prepare and maintain written operations manuals.
  • Contribute to the company blog.
  • Work cooperatively with other employees to achieve organizational goals.
  • Travel to client locations for technical calls and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to receive and respond to company email and text messages.
