Your Role
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in accounts receivable processes, including cash handling and invoice management, in a dynamic and high-volume setting. The ideal candidate will be recognized for their precision, attention to detail, and strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily lockbox deposits and ensure proper documentation distribution.
- Address inquiries from clients via phone or email, providing support to various program areas.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team on shared tasks, including refunds, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Impact of Your Work
- Efficiently manage and post lockbox deposits, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare weekly accounts receivable payment journals for ledger updates.
- Resolve client inquiries and process refunds as necessary.
- Handle invoicing for services and prepare journal entries for related activities.
- Maintain accurate records for various accounts and assist with reconciliations.
- Support program areas with general inquiries and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems and report reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- High School diploma with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in accounts receivable.
