Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consulting Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and reporting activities.
Handle lease administration, ensuring all leases are up-to-date and accurate.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Apply checks and manage ACH transactions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly and efficiently.
Utilize Yardi software to streamline accounts receivable processes, improve accuracy, and generate insightful reports.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven experience with lease administration, tenant relations, check applications, ACH transactions, and Yardi software.
A strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
