Job Summary:

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our store team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop the Store Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to store team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Manage Store Budget: Develop and manage the store budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and resources are allocated effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
  • Strong Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with store team members, customers, and corporate partners.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
