Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Plano, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and accounts within the Energy, Construction, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and other relevant industries.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and maintain profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and project management, to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
Required qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in the sales & marketing industry
