Are you an experienced BI Developer looking for your next challenge? This includes the design, coding, testing, and deployment of datasets, dashboards, and reports using Power BI or similar platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage product-related issues such as defects, patches, and upgrades, including deployment, testing, and post-production validation. May also directly implement patches and upgrades.
- Define, guide, and execute medium-to-large scale business intelligence projects from inception to completion, including directing the work of BI Specialists and Analysts.
- Contribute to the establishment of development standards and mentor junior team members in adhering to these standards while implementing solutions.
- Test business intelligence solutions by creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation for processes, procedures, and designs of dashboards and reports.
- Provide operational support and incident management for systems, including proactively updating internal stakeholders on status changes and issues encountered.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on data marts and business intelligence, including ongoing education and initial training for new users across the organization.
- Assist the BI Leader in formulating the BI strategic roadmap and data governance framework.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power BI.
- Strong grasp of data and analytics principles, including various data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and finite state systems.
- Proficient in database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of programming languages including SQL, R, DAX/MDX, or Python.
- Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with other Power Platform technologies is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering data analysis solutions that meet business needs.
