About Our Team

We are Growing Benefit Fund, a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Multilingual Call Center Agent to join our team.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients in both English and Spanish, providing prompt and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting product or service issues, resolving complaints, and escalating complex matters to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Accurately process orders, account information updates, and returns or exchanges, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain the integrity of our customer service process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on service issues and process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems, call center software).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
