Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
  • Perform routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as needed.
  • Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center growth and profitability objectives.
  • Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, offering coaching support and acting as a role model.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork.
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.

The estimated salary range for this position is $21.50 to $26.00 USD an hour, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
