About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Hospice Community Liaison efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building trust with our community partners and increasing referrals to our hospice program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and Executing a Marketing Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve our goals.
  2. Buidling Relationships: Foster strong relationships with hospital CM/SW teams, doctor's offices, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
  3. Ride-Alongs and Presentations: Participate in ride-alongs with current team members to develop your own relationships and present our services to potential partners.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the hospice leadership team to coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between community partners and internal staff.
  5. Representing Health Link: Represent us at relevant community events to build awareness, develop relationships, and expand our network.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: At least 1 year of experience in hospice marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, market segments, and best practices.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized with a CRM, calendar, and manage multiple opportunities and pipelines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Achievement Record: Track record of hitting targets and achieving goals.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.
