We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance goals and new client acquisition for our facility. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and drive business growth.
As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also need to be tech-savvy and able to manage your time effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership sales and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Recruit and train new staff members to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
