Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Hawaiian Telcom. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing revenue from our customer base through strong relationships and consulting skills.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of overachieving assigned financial goals. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in CRM tools. **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Driving all aspects of the sales process to specific customers within the assigned strategic client base
  • BUILDING senior level relationships (C-level; Director, VP) within existing client accounts and new prospective organizations
  • Professionally and effectively communicating solutions to existing customers and new prospects through presentations, written proposals, RFP responses, and regular business correspondence
  • Constantly refreshing insight, knowledge, and understanding of IT technology industry, solutions, and strategies


**Requirements:**
  • Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in the IT industry
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
