Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting assigned accounts, identifying new sales and business opportunities, and developing positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Proactively provide information or respond to inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal groups to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines.
  • Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Present and promote products or services to existing customers effectively.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status.
