Clinical Supervisor, Veterinary Specialty

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our veterinary specialty departments and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care to our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the veterinary specialty departments with a focus on high-quality care and exceptional client experience.
- Develop and implement effective workflows and processes to ensure efficient and effective medical services.
- Provide input and guidance on problem-solving efforts for daily operations.
- Build and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships across the hospital.
- Encourage and promote mutual trust, respect, communication, and cooperation among team members.
- Advocate for the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Assist with coordinating the required training and skills of staff.
- Maintain equipment and service needs.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 or more years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Effective leadership qualities and ability to promote effective communication amongst team members.
- Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
