Job Title: Client Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Research and recommend vehicles to meet client needs and preferences
  • Prepare and present sales contracts and paperwork
  • Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
