Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Determine customer needs and preferences by asking questions and listening actively.
  • Explain features and benefits of vehicles, including optional equipment and accessories.
  • Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips and contracts.
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment.
  • Engage in business development activities to drive sales growth.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Automobile salesperson license preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment

This position requires frequent movement around the company facilities and outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. Heavy standing work is required.
