Overview

GovCIO is actively seeking a Program Manager for our Health and Civilian division. This role is designed to oversee various program phases from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead all stages of program management, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
2. Manage the financial, scheduling, and technical aspects of company programs or subsystems of larger initiatives.
3. Engage in contract negotiations and modifications, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
4. Coordinate the development of proposals, business plans, and operating budgets.
5. Serve as the primary liaison for customer interactions, facilitating program review sessions to discuss performance metrics.
6. Drive business development efforts by expanding product lines and acquiring new business opportunities.
7. Establish program milestones, monitor compliance with master plans, and identify solutions to any challenges that arise.
8. Oversee the work of team members across technical, manufacturing, and administrative functions.
9. Prepare staffing plans, including skill assessments and labor mix, to support operational needs.
10. Monitor contracts and funding, providing forecasts on program financial performance.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Social Science, or related fields. Formal education may be substituted with relevant experience, where each degree can replace four years of experience.

Fifteen years of progressive experience in managing and executing information technology projects, with a proven track record in overseeing diverse functional activities and personnel.

Demonstrated experience in managing substantial funds and resources, with a strong capability in handling complex commercial and government contracts.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is USD $175,000 to $195,000 annually, with total compensation potentially including additional elements to be discussed during the hiring process.
