Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Trainer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and delivering high-quality MLS training courses in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date MLS training schedules, including input into our Association AMS system.
  • Conduct training courses in various formats, including in-person, podcast, and webinar, at multiple locations in North Texas.
  • Provide technical support to MLS subscribers, responding to inquiries, interpreting MLS rules and regulations, and resolving issues.
  • Assist members with registration and cancellation for MLS classes via our Association AMS system or online Member portal.
  • Coordinate with our Senior MLS Instructor to develop newsletter articles and blogs, and promote MLS products and services.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet Software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent grammar, spelling, and speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
