Bilingual Recruitment Specialist

As a Bilingual Recruiter at Total Talent Search, you will be responsible for filling job orders, selecting employees for job assignments, and sending them to client locations when they have the necessary skills and paperwork completed. You will also be responsible for generating leads and maintaining logs for employees regarding their changes in employment as well as call-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take applications, revise applications, and interview applicants.
- Fill job orders by matching people to the job that best applies to them and their past experiences.
- Attend walk-ins, answer phone calls, and set up and monitor GMP and Training videos.
- Perform and record 5/10 panel drug testing on employees based on client needs.
- Perform skills testing, background checks, and social security number verifications for temp employees based on client requirements.
- End assignments for employees, record changes on logs, and report employee absences or tardiness to clients.
- Log and record accidents into Zenople, ensure clients have accident forms, and follow up to ensure completion and scanning.
- Write up job orders and employment notices for every new order and position.
- Provide information and details on job assignments for employees, including directions, duties, environment rules, and dress code.
- Maintain contact with client supervisors to respond to emergency job orders and client visits to ensure orders are filled properly.
- Complete unemployment hearings as needed and generate leads and research accuracy regarding the information provided.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication with TSS staff and clients.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Discretion in working with staff and clients.
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets.
- Telephone and office equipment skills.
- Knowledge and experience with all aspects of L1 Employment Coordinator position.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Microsoft Word/Excel skills.
