Customer Success Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Account Manager. This role will be responsible for driving business success by leveraging reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture and establish relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution planning, delivery execution, and governance.
- Partner with account team peers to drive conversations with customers that define and prioritize the strategic alignment between customer objectives and Microsoft's goals.
- Bring forward customer insights to sellers to support them in identifying and producing opportunities.
- Lead the delivery of Microsoft solutions and take ownership for team coordination that accelerates production-level consumption across solution areas to help customers achieve their goals.
- Build technical competency that supports customer advice, connecting their business goals to Microsoft solutions.
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- Thirty-six (36) months of solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
- Alternative education and experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related degree and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
- Specific skills requirements: At least 12 months of experience in Portfolio Management, Business Leadership, Azure Services, Azure, Cloud Consulting, Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools, or policies, and Support Delivery & Orchestration.

You will also receive up to 10 scheduled paid holidays and up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off per calendar year.
Hourly/non-exempt employees will accrue up to 120 hours paid vacation time, and salaried/exempt employees will have Discretionary Time Off (DTO).
