Enterprise Account Manager

At SpaceX, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our Starlink business forward by developing and managing a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing enterprise contracts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and activation
- Identifying new opportunities to generate business with enterprise customers
- Developing and implementing processes to improve customer happiness and minimize team input
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for making customers deliriously happy, building excellent teams, and managing complex cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
- Deliver impeccable customer service and build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
- Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
- Retain and grow the value of accounts
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Multi-lingual with English and other language(s)
- 3+ years working with State & Local / Local & Regional government customers
