At SpaceX, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our Starlink business forward by developing and managing a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing enterprise contracts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and activation
  • Identifying new opportunities to generate business with enterprise customers
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve customer happiness and minimize team input

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for making customers deliriously happy, building excellent teams, and managing complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
  • Deliver impeccable customer service and build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
  • Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
  • Retain and grow the value of accounts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Multi-lingual with English and other language(s)
  • 3+ years working with State & Local / Local & Regional government customers
