Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled QC Lead Technician to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems. As a Quality Control Lead Technician, your primary responsibility will be to oversee installations, train partners, and ensure the quality of work across various low voltage solutions provided to our clients. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to guarantee that our offerings meet high standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough quality control inspections of all products and services
  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures
  • Timely identification and resolution of quality issues
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to uphold quality standards
  • Mentor and train junior technicians on quality control practices
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections and outcomes
  • Contribute to product design and development discussions regarding quality control requirements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven track record of addressing quality issues promptly
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is advantageous
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
