  • Dimensional Inspection: Conduct precise dimensional inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with drawing specifications and standards.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure product quality.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of quality control measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality control or inspection role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control principles, procedures, and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMM Experience: Experience with Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM) highly preferred.
  • Calibration Data Entry: Proficient in calibration data entry and protocol per standards.
Work Environment

The work environment is a controlled environment with some exposure to manufacturing and shop areas. The successful candidate will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and work in a team environment.
