Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled QC Lead Technician to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems. In this role, you will oversee the installation, training of partners, and quality inspection of various low voltage solutions provided to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all products and services adhere to our rigorous quality and reliability standards. Collaboration with engineering, production, and customer service teams will be essential to ensure timely delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control inspections on all products and services
  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures
  • Timely identification and resolution of quality issues
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to uphold quality standards
  • Mentor and train junior technicians on quality control practices
  • Maintain thorough records of quality control inspections and outcomes
  • Contribute to product design and development discussions to establish quality control requirements
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving quality issues promptly
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is advantageous
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
