Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Renewable Biofuels Inc. in a Quality Control Laboratory Technician role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of in-process and final product materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records, including sample analyses and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform routine equipment calibrations and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless laboratory operations and efficient data entry.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, including quantitative solution preparation and operation of instrumentation such as GC, ICP, Karl Fischer, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift and flexibility in scheduling.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and possess a method of transportation to/from work.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move up to 35lbs.
  • Capable of frequent standing.
