Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Control (QC) Installation Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality control inspections of all products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures and processes.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to uphold quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on quality control protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections and findings.
  • Participate in product design and development discussions to provide insights on quality control requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage systems, including cabling, CCTV, Access Control, security alarms, and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of identifying and addressing quality issues effectively.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
