Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support our events in the Burlington market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our restaurant partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support event setup, teardown, and logistics, including problem-solving and ensuring high-quality customer experiences
  • Assist with back-up cashier duties at Fooda Cafés during team member absences
  • Coordinate restaurant arrivals and access to the building
  • Gain proficiency in Fooda's technology and standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers
  • High energy and enthusiasm for interacting with people
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions under pressure
  • Strong communication and self-starting skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a Type-A personality a plus
  • Ability to navigate local territory efficiently and possess a reliable vehicle
  • Prior catering or serving experience a strong preference
