**Job Summary**
The University of Vermont is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in our Brattleboro office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing schedules, travel arrangements, and workshop registrations
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating events and meetings
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A basic understanding of PeopleSoft software
- An Associate's degree and one to three years of related working experience, or equivalent combination
