**Job Summary**

The University of Vermont is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in our Brattleboro office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing schedules, travel arrangements, and workshop registrations
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Coordinating events and meetings

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A basic understanding of PeopleSoft software
  • An Associate's degree and one to three years of related working experience, or equivalent combination
