Job Summary:

The Data and Research Assistant supports the Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Co-Responder Programs across multiple locations. This position oversees the collection and monitoring of program data, performance measures, and supports the development and expansion of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, track, and analyze data related to program performance and outcomes.
  • Monitor program performance measures.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and first responder agencies to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of community participation, ensuring service quality and compliance with program goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CORE program and police departments, fostering positive and productive relationships.
  • Ensure that program policies, procedures, and state regulatory requirements are implemented consistently.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with a wide range of community stakeholders.
  • Participate in and contribute to mandatory meetings, training sessions, and other program-related events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration; Public Policy; Behavioral, Social or Health Science; or related field required.
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.
  • Experience with data collection, program and grant management in sectors such as public health, behavioral health, policy, or data and evaluation.
  • A minimum of 18 years of age required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
