Job Title: Renovation Specialist

At Twin Lakes Community, we are seeking a skilled Renovation Specialist to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the facilities and equipment of our campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain grounds and buildings, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of buildings and grounds.
  • Responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touch-ups, and coordinating large painting projects.
  • Install carpet in offices, homes, and buildings, including measuring and prepping rooms for installation.
Requirements:
  • Two-year technical degree in HVAC or electrical maintenance preferred.
  • Experience with small engine repair preferred.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English in a cogent and professional manner.
Working Environment:
  • May be required to adjust scheduled time or work beyond normal hours for planned activities/events and emergencies.
  • Operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment.
