  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner, relaying relevant information directly to supervisors.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, tracking product production, consumption, and waste, and informing supervisors when supplies or product are low.
Requirements:
  • Previous kitchen supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
