Your Role's Purpose

As part of our Investor Center, you will craft personalized financial strategies utilizing a diverse array of products and services, drawing upon your expertise and Fidelity's advanced planning tools. Rather than focusing on acquiring new clients, your efforts will be directed towards nurturing existing relationships and engaging with warm leads, allowing you to concentrate on delivering investment solutions and strengthening ties with a dedicated local advisor.

Desired Expertise

  • Utilizing Fidelity's guidance tools effectively, you will engage in financial planning dialogues, presenting tailored solutions and services that align with client needs.
  • By leveraging technology, you will prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one meetings, ensuring optimal use of the client's time and planning for follow-up actions.
  • Through proactive outreach, you will cultivate relationships, gaining insight into clients' goals and objectives, and referring them to a wealth management partner based on their financial complexity.
  • Possession of Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 and relevant state registrations are preferred, or the ability to obtain them swiftly upon hire.
  • A degree and/or professional certifications such as a CFP are advantageous; if you do not possess a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can assist you in obtaining one.
