Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role within the Claims and Operations Finance team, contributing to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This position emphasizes individual contributions and collaboration to fulfill operational plans, expense forecasts, and comprehensive financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly financial and operational assessments using diverse data sources and methodologies.
- Engage with business stakeholders regularly to understand their financial needs.
- Develop insightful and sustainable trend analyses that add value to the organization.
- Prepare commentary for financial presentations, encompassing managed and allocated expenses.
- Support the financial outlook process to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure that general ledger transactions, reserves, and cost allocations are appropriate and well-supported.
- Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in expense management or financial analysis.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with TM1 is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A curious mindset with a drive to understand underlying factors.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong working relationships with business partners.

Compensation:
The annualized base pay range for this position is between $78,080 and $117,120. Actual compensation may vary based on performance and proficiency in required competencies. This base salary is part of a comprehensive compensation package that may include bonuses, long-term incentives, and recognition programs.
