Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and foster a welcoming office environment.

  • Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including envelopes and packages.

  • Verify insurance eligibility.
  • Confirm appointments.
