Job Summary:We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to coordinate customer inspections and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our Inspections Department. As an Inspection Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing project deliverables, communicating with customers, and collaborating with managers to prepare and update progress schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track project deliverables and timelines, and communicate with customers to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with managers to prepare and update progress schedules, and assist in achieving daily production goals for the branch and employees.
- Monitor the progress of all projects associated with the department, and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate relevant information with corresponding departments, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 2+ years of administrative and customer service experience, preferably in the solar industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and other computer applications.
- Able to use office equipment and computers for extended periods of time, and maintain a valid state driver's license.
