As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate installations of PV solar systems
  • Adhere to contract specifications and established policies and procedures
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of installation and administrative staff
  • Follow established safety procedures for each installation
  • Be accountable for key performance metrics for installation teams
  • Evaluate and manage resources and processes required for the successful completion of a high volume of residential and small commercial solar projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, customer service, and productivity throughout the installation process
Requirements:
  • Solar industry experience
  • 3+ years' supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using computers and Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working on projects that require deadlines
  • Organized and capable of making decisions without constant supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders, measurements, and understand specifications
  • Knowledgeable about materials and processes that relate to the company's business
  • Must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
