Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Specialist to join our team at Specialist Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of patients with kidney conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and monitoring and managing patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and those undergoing dialysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with kidney conditions, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with nephrologists and other healthcare team members.
• Monitor and manage patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and those undergoing dialysis.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies as appropriate.
• Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Perform and assist with procedures such as catheter placements and renal biopsies.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including dietitians, social workers, and primary care providers.
