As the Director of Acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy by identifying, valuing, negotiating, and acquiring digital infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and manage a proprietary acquisition pipeline, driving efficiency and forecasting success.
  • Negotiate deal terms in alignment with corporate guidelines, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the deal team to complete due diligence and finalize transactions, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Meet and exceed corporate standards and key performance metrics, driving business growth and success.
  • Manage an assigned territory, guiding transactions through the sales funnel with a consultative selling approach.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with property owners, fostering a strong network of industry partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development, Sales, Financial Advisory, or Brokerage in a relevant industry.
  • 2-5 years of experience managing complex deals or driving deal origination, showcasing a strong track record of canvassing and outreach activity.
  • Ideal experience in digital infrastructure (telecommunications), commercial real estate, financial services, or mortgage banking industries.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with prospects.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, enabling you to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Proficient use of sales automation tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • A competitive spirit and consistent intensity, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • A working knowledge of financial principles, including Time Value of Money, Risk/Reward, Market Pricing Dynamics, and Standard Ethics.
Competitive Compensation:

Base salary starting at $70k+, with uncapped commissions offering unlimited earning potential. Eligibility for an annual bonus based on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and predetermined variables related to all deals closed throughout the year.

Our team members participate in a two-week dynamic training program to become industry experts, working closely with a team of 5-6 peers led by a VP focused on their success.
