Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prepare a wide range of financial alternatives and quantitative analysis, including detailed analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation.
  • Lead and support the execution of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and agreement negotiation.
  • Analyze financial data, and conduct research of targeted industries to support investment opportunities.
  • Craft industry and competitive analyses by designing and developing quantitative models to assess the economic performance of targeted companies.
  • Create client marketing and pitch materials through the coordination of internal and external resources.
  • Maintain active involvement and participation in client-facing situations and negotiations.
  • Provide mentorship and development to junior staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent)
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions
  • Completion of a profile on Suited to further assist in an evaluation of your candidacy
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $275,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
