Position Overview:
West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role as a Float Customer Service Associate/Assistant Property Manager. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in retail sales and customer service who are eager to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in viewing available storage units and guide them through the leasing process.
  • Achieve retail sales and occupancy goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing clients' storage needs through various communication channels.
  • Manage and balance cash drawer and petty cash effectively.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and managing customer accounts.
  • Maintain property standards by ensuring cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

What You Will Bring:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in retail sales, cash management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet team and company objectives.
  • Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
