Key Responsibilities- Design and implement efficient processes, taking into account modern digital solutions, with our customers.
- Provide consulting support to your customers and analyze together how HR processes can be best represented in software, even after the initial implementation.
- Guide your customers through the challenges of digitalization and identify the optimal roadmap with them and the clients, coordinating and leading its implementation.
- Identify the necessary key figures and KPIs with the customer to ensure the success of the projects and the sustainable use of the systems.
- Successfully completed studies in the field of IT or business consulting, process consulting, business administration with a focus on IT or personnel, or a comparable qualification.
- High IT affinity and ability to translate business requirements into software requirements.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Experience in process management.
